Once we have received your cleared payment, your order will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Included in this email will be your parcel consignment number so that you can track your parcel via www.eparcel.com.au until it is delivered.

Paying by credit card
Paying by credit card ensures your order is processed immediately and dispatched the same or next working day. Paying by direct deposit
If you regularly use internet banking or visit your bank, than paying via direct deposit may be more convenient for you. When selecting this payment option at the check-out, you will receive an email confirming your order details and advising you of our bank details. Payment of your order must be made within 24 hours of making your purchase. If you purchase on a non working day, your payment must be made on the next working day. Please note that goods will not be dispatched until your payment has been received, which can take 1 – 3 days depending on your financial institution. Once we have received your cleared payment, you parcel will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Delivery - Domestic
You will be able to tell if your order will be a small or large parcel after you add an item to your suitcase. We have designed a handy weight "thermometer monitor" so you can quickly see where your order weight is.
Orders must be placed before 2pm EST for delivery next business day. Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth CBD, and Hobart are all next day delivery (when orders are placed before 2pm).
Outside capital cities and major regional centres delivery may take an extra day. Very remote locations will take longer. Please refer to the Australia Post Express delivery timetable for your exact postcode delivery time.
You will receive an email from Ciao Bella Travel notifying you when your order has been processed. Included in this email will be your consignment number so that you can track your parcel via www.eparcel.com.au or www.fastway.com.au/courier-services/track-your-parcel anytime you want.
Please note that if you are unable to sign for your parcel and are happy to leave instructions for where you would like your parcel left at your nominated address, please add these instructions in the "shipping instructions" field when completing your delivery details. Please ensure this is a secure place as unfortunately we are unable to replace your goods if they are damaged or stolen as you have instructed that no signature be obtained. Otherwise if you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a calling card and be required to collect your parcel from your local post office.

Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 30 days of your delivery.
Simply print off and complete our Return & Exchange form and return with your item.
Please note Sale items can not be returned for a refund.
