After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation (you will advise your email address when placing your order) which will list your order number together with your complete order details. Once we have received your cleared payment, your order will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You will receive a second and final email notifying you when your order has been packed and dispatched. Included in this email will be your parcel consignment number so that you can track your parcel via www.eparcel.com.au until it is delivered.

Paying by credit card

Paying by credit card ensures your order is processed immediately and dispatched the same or next working day. We would like to assure you that when using your credit card, shopping online at www. ciaobellatravel.com.au is completely safe. You will notice a padlock icon located at the bottom of our site which indicates the shopping cart has 128 bit Secure Socket Layer protection, the highest level of protection for internet sales. The checkout securely encrypts all payment information which is sent directly to the bank, so we do not store your credit card details.

Paying by direct deposit

If you regularly use internet banking or visit your bank, than paying via direct deposit may be more convenient for you. When selecting this payment option at the check-out, you will receive an email confirming your order details and advising you of our bank details. Payment of your order must be made within 24 hours of making your purchase. If you purchase on a non working day, your payment must be made on the next working day. Please note that goods will not be dispatched until your payment has been received, which can take 1 – 3 days depending on your financial institution. Once we have received your cleared payment, you parcel will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Delivery - Domestic

Delivery Charges:
All orders are sent via Next day delivery. Small parcels (up to 500g) are $7.50 and large parcels (over 500g) are $10.50. Please note orders over $200 are shipped within Australia for free!

You will be able to tell if your order will be a small or large parcel after you add an item to your suitcase. We have designed a handy weight "thermometer monitor" so you can quickly see where your order weight is.

Delivery Time:

All parcels are sent via Express eParcel (Australia Post's premium delivery service).

Orders must be placed before 2pm EST for delivery next business day. Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth CBD, and Hobart are all next day delivery (when orders are placed before 2pm).

Outside capital cities and major regional centres delivery may take an extra day. Very remote locations will take longer. Please refer to the Australia Post Express delivery timetable for your exact postcode delivery time.

You will receive an email from Ciao Bella Travel notifying you when your order has been processed. Included in this email will be your consignment number so that you can track your parcel via www.eparcel.com.au anytime you want.

Please note that if you are unable to sign for your parcel and are happy to leave instructions for where you would like your parcel left at your nominated address, please add these instructions in the "shipping instructions" field when completing your delivery details. Please ensure this is a secure place as unfortunately we are unable to replace your goods if they are damaged or stolen as you have instructed that no signature be obtained. Otherwise if you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a calling card and be required to collect your parcel from your local post office.

As shipping fees vary from country to country, your shipping fee will be automatically charged and listed on the checkout page.

Please note the estimated shipping time is 3 -10 business days from the time your order has been processed at Ciao Bella Travel. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been processed. Unfortunately you will be unable to track your order as this service was ridiculously expensive.

Important customs notice
If you are making a purchase at Ciao Bella Travel from outside Australia please note that customs fees or import duties may apply to your order. We recommend that you contact your national customs/imports body in order to determine what customs and/or duty charges may apply to your order. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and we at Ciao Bella Travel have no control over what charges may apply.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn / unused and returned in a reasonable time frame. Please note unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.

How to make a return/Exchange

Step 1

Let us know (via email or phone) that you wish to exchange/return your items and we will give you a return authority number (RA#).

Step 2

Exchanges: Your requested exchange items will be posted free of charge, along with a Reply Paid satchel to return your unwanted items. Exchange orders received before 12 pm weekdays are shipped the same day.

Returns: You will be issued a Reply Paid number that can be used to post your items free of charge back to us. Please use the below return address. When sending back your items can you please enclose a completed Returns form to help us process your return.

Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed. Should it occur we will minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis; replacement, refund or whatever works best for you.
