Ordering Options

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation (you will advise your email address when placing your order) with a copy of your invoice. Once we have received your cleared payment, your order will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You will receive a second and final email notifying you when your order has been packed and dispatched. Included in this email will be your parcel consignment number so that you can track your parcel via www.auspost.com.au or www.fastway.com.au until it is delivered.

Paying by credit card ensures your order is processed immediately and dispatched the same or next working day. We would like to assure you that when using your credit card, shopping online at www.ciaobellatravel.com.au is completely safe. You will notice a padlock icon located at the bottom of our site which indicates the shopping cart has 128 bit Secure Socket Layer protection, the highest level of protection for internet sales. The checkout securely encrypts all payment information which is sent directly to the bank, so we do not store your credit card details.

Paying by PAYPAL

Paying by PayPal  ensures your order is processed immediately and dispatched the same or next working day. PayPal is one of Australia preferred method of payment because it is widely accepted and offers a system of checking out that beyond secure, if not exceeds what regular providers offer. PayPal is also Australia‚Äôs 3rd most trusted brand.Check out simply and more securely with your email address and Paypal  password.

Delivery - Domestic

Delivery Charges:

Orders sent via Express delivery:

  • Small parcels (up to 500g) sent to NSW are $13.50
  • Small parcels (up to 500g) sent to other states are $13.50
  • Large parcels (over 500g) sent to NSW are $16.50
  • Large parcels (over 500) sent to other states are $16.50

Orders sent via Standard delivery:

  • Small parcels (up to 500g) sent to NSW are $8.50
  • Small parcels (up to 500g) sent to other states are $8.50
  • Large parcels (over 500g) sent to NSW are $13.50 
  • Large parcels (over 500g) sent to other states are $13.50

Please note orders over $100.00 are shipped via Standard Post within Australia for free!  If you want a quicker delivery, you may select Express at the checkout and the Express delivery charges will be applied.

You will be able to tell if your order will be a small or large parcel after you add an item to your suitcase. We have designed a handy weight "thermometer monitor" so you can quickly see where your order weight is.

Delivery Time

Express Delivery: Orders must be placed before 2pm EST for delivery next business day. Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth CBD, and Hobart are all next day delivery (when orders are placed before 2pm). This is via Australia Post Express Post or Fastway.

Outside capital cities and major regional centres delivery may take an extra day. Very remote locations will take longer. Please refer to the Australia Post Express delivery timetable for your exact postcode delivery time.

Standard delivery: Orders placed before 2pm EST will take 2-3 working days for capital cities and outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra 2 days. Very remote locations will take longer. Please refer to the Australia Post standard eparcel delivery timetable for your exact postcode delivery time.

You will receive an email from Ciao Bella Travel notifying you when your order has been processed. Included in this email will be your consignment number so that you can track your parcel via www.eparcel.com.au or www.fastway.com.au/courier-services/track-your-parcel anytime you want. Alternatively your parcel will be shipped with Sendle, in this case Sendle will send you an email for tracking purposes.

Please note that if you are unable to sign for your parcel and are happy to leave instructions for where you would like your parcel left at your nominated address, please select the appropriate instructions when completing your delivery details. Please ensure this is a secure place as unfortunately we are unable to replace your goods if they are damaged or stolen as you have instructed that no signature be obtained. Otherwise if you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a calling card and be required to collect your parcel from your local post office.

If your country does not appear on this list but you would like to place an order, please contact us as we would love to hear from you!

As shipping fees vary from country to country, your shipping fee will be automatically charged and listed on the checkout page.

Please note the estimated shipping time is 5 -10 business days from the time your order has been processed at Ciao Bella Travel. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been processed. Unfortunately you will be unable to track your order as this service was ridiculously expensive.

Important customs notice

If you are making a purchase at Ciao Bella Travel from outside Australia please note that customs fees or import duties may apply to your order. We recommend that you contact your national customs/imports body in order to determine what customs and/or duty charges may apply to your order. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and we at Ciao Bella Travel have no control over what charges may apply.


Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 30 days of your delivery.

Simply print off and complete our Return & Exchange form and return with your item.

Please note Sale items can not be returned for a refund.

Promo Codes

We may from time to time offer promotional discount code to our online customers. To redeem the offer, enter your promo code at the checkout. Please note all promo codes have an expiration date, and if that date has expired, it is no longer valid. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and overrides the 5% member discount.

We recognize your right to privacy and treat your personal information as private and confidential and we will not disclose this information to others without your consent, unless required to by law.
